. . . as our City Council and Police Department want us to. The school board votes on the issue this coming Tuesday. My reasons to vote against it are over at the Patch. .

I agree with you, especially on points 4 and 9.
In my opinion, the district should not go forward with such a plan without hearing from the community first.

I agree with all of your points. I can't believe there isn't more outrage about this in the community.
